As the retail landscape evolves, we’ve embraced the opportunity to reimagine Hillsdale’s future. Guided by input from over 8,200 community members, we’re excited to move forward with a master plan that reflects your vision.
Hillsdale Reimagined will transform into a walkable neighborhood of unparalleled quality with retail, offices, housing and open spaces. Designed with community integration in mind, the plan features walkable, transit-oriented spaces for living, working, and connecting, while preserving Hillsdale’s role as a gathering place for San Mateo residents and as a regional draw for people from around the Bay Area.
